Rise Athletics LA classes will incorporate both strength and interval training. We develop each workout to give you both strength and cardio! Strength portions are designed to increase your force and strength. Learn movements and techniques such as the clean and jerk, snatch, deadlifts and more. Movements can be broken down to increase technical proficiency.
